"No stars for Brett Younce's office. I had to push one at least to get this posted. This office is very unorganized and inconsistent with what they say. I switched to Brett Younce a few years ago and they constantly make mistakes and deny a lot of facts. I am so glad that I left them and went to FARMERS INSURANCE. 1. One of many mistakes was that State Farm denied my fence getting repaired due to a storm. I was told that I could have professionals clean the mess up, but to keep the receipts. Then, they said that they did not tell me that and I wouldn't be covered because they didn't have proof. I sent pictures and so did the work crew, but I was denied. They would not listen to recordings from the claim adjuster telling me I could clean up. 2. Another mistake was that I was told that I was paying a different amount for two cars for the past couple years, I looked in my bank account and they were 100% wrong my checking account showed that I was right. 3. A severe mistake they made was that I was paying every month for two cars, then I found out that one of my cars wasn't covered by insurance, because they dropped the car several months before instead of dropping roadside assistance on it. They never apologized. I have heard so many lies from them and their service is awful. They are very pushy and unorganized. I told them I changed Insurance companies and they started criticizing the new company. I have proof that FARMERS sent them notice of me changing agencies and State Farm said they never sent it and I should not want anything to do with the new agency because they lied about sending it. Brett Younce State Farm Agent is a poorly maintained and unorganized business."
