"I have been through a 2 month ordeal with Brett Younce agency which began with my auto policy being canceled by State Farm by accident. We travel across country without insurance. I didn’t know the insurance was canceled until I looked at the app and the insurance wasn’t listed. After SEVERAL calls it was finally reinstated but customer service was awful. Then, after relocating to another state, I had to transfer insurance to that state. I called and canceled the Michigan policy. After a couple of weeks I called and left a voicemail about the refund on the policy. They did not respond. Days later I called and left a voicemail. (They generally do not answer the calls in person.) I received a text back that they had mailed the refund to the wrong address. So they stopped payment on the check and reissued it. It is supposed to arrive in up to 2 weeks. I’m not holding my breath. Despite finding a great agent in Arizona we are considering changing companies altogether. Very disappointing."
